  My name is Bertha, in fact I would have been dead by now without the good and professional service I received from Highview Dental Practice staff.  From the receptionist to the the dental team.  One month ago a dentist tried to extract my teeth but due to his unprofessionalism and lack of patience he couldn’t and sent me home with xxx pain and swollen jaw.  Lucky enough I found Highview dental practice online so I decided to try them and the first time I called, the receptionist encouraged and gave me hope that I would be fine.  Yesterday I went to see Sabreena and she was marvellous and caring.  She put me in the middle of my care and had time to listen to me, she assured me and made me fill VERY COMFORTABLE.  She took her time and explained to me the procedure and she allowed me to make a choice.  At the end, she managed to extract my teeth and the procedure was PAINLESS.  She took her time and monitored me till I was comfortable to go home.  CONGRATULATIONS TO HIGHVIEW DENTAL PRACTICE , especially SABREENA and the nurse who worked with her as she was very gentle and humble.
